HOME & LOCAL SERVICES

A home service website builder with transparent lead-capture paths

Start from a real HVAC, roofing, cleaning, or landscaping site, carry your services and service area into the first draft, then refine it visually. The starting structures differ by industry, and the lead path is shown honestly instead of pretending every template includes booking or instant quotes.

One website builder, different industry starting points

The industry choice changes the initial SiteConfig and content structure. After creation, every site stays on the normal Cogo Site editor, renderer, preview, and publishing path.

Industry-shaped starting sites

HVAC emphasizes service response and equipment questions; roofing emphasizes trust, inspection, roof systems, and project proof; cleaning emphasizes service routines and scope; landscaping emphasizes projects and the design-build-maintain lifecycle.

Local details become editable content

Business name, phone, primary service area, and selected services can flow through the existing setup into ordinary editable site content — not a second vertical profile or locked template system.

Customer workflows stay explicit

HVAC, roofing, cleaning, and landscaping now each include an approved structured inquiry Form placement. None of the four pretends to provide booking, instant estimates, financing, payment collection, or review automation.

From industry starting point to published local-service site

01

Choose a real template

Preview HVAC, roofing, cleaning, or landscaping and pick the structure closest to how your customers evaluate the service.

02

Personalize the first draft

Add the business name, contact details, service area, and services during setup, then edit copy, imagery, components, layouts, and themes visually.

03

Publish with the real lead path

Use the same preview and publish workflow as every Cogo Site site. On a Forms-enabled plan, the approved inquiry Form in each current Local Service template can execute publicly while direct phone or email contact remains ordinary site content when supplied.

Each preview is generated from the same template factory used when a site is created.

Lead capture is explicit by starting template

Current Product Truth is explicit across all four starting points: HVAC, Roofing, Cleaning, and Landscaping each include a structured inquiry placement, while the surrounding proof and service content stays industry-specific.

HVAC — structured inquiry

The created HVAC site includes the approved Name, Email, Phone, and Message inquiry Form plus direct phone/email contact when supplied.

Roofing — structured inquiry

The created Roofing site includes the same canonical service-inquiry path alongside project-proof and direct-contact content.

Cleaning — structured inquiry

The created Cleaning site includes a cleaning-service inquiry Form while explicitly avoiding fake booking slots, deposits, or quote calculations.

Landscaping — structured inquiry

The created Landscaping site now includes the same canonical Name, Email, Phone, and Message inquiry path alongside project proof, service-area context, and direct contact when supplied.

A Form placement in a trusted template does not bypass plan limits: public Form execution follows the current Forms-enabled plan and entitlement rules. No template here claims online booking, payment collection, instant quotes, guaranteed response, or automatically generated local-SEO location pages.

Home-service website builder FAQ

Are the four service-business templates actually different?

Yes. They share the same SiteConfig runtime, but their homepage structure, component variants, content hierarchy, navigation treatment, and proof/process sections are intentionally different by industry.

Do the templates include online booking or instant estimates?

No. All four current Local Service templates include a structured inquiry Form placement, but they do not fabricate booking, prices, financing, payments, reviews, availability, or estimate calculators; public Form execution still follows the current Forms-enabled plan boundary.

Can I change the industry template after creating the site?

The template is only the starting SiteConfig. After creation you edit normal pages and components with the same visual editor used by other Cogo Site sites.

Can I publish a multilingual local-service website?

Yes. The normal site language and editing workflow applies to these templates; the industry layer does not create a separate renderer.
